As we’ve been reporting, there is a farmhouse being built on the site of the Kent Farm on Route 126 in Yorkville, Illinois for the upcoming Batman Vs. Superman movie, and now we have a better idea when it will be completed.

According to the Chicago Tribune, filming is scheduled to take place at the location February. It is the same spot that was used in Man of Steel but the first set was torn down after that film wrapped.

Meanwhile, over at the Michigan Motion Picture Studios in Pontiac, MI, where the majority of the movie will be shot, pre-production is well underway.

The studio will be the home to movie’s production offices and all seven of its soundstages will be used when filming gets started early next year.

Batman V. Superman is set to occupy the complex through August 2014.

Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Gal Gadot, Amy Adams, Jason Momoa and Laurence Fishburne will star.
