Last week Sharknado 2 began filming in New York City and a few lucky fans got to watch the cast shooting scenes in midtown Manhattan.
One of our Twitter followers, @fairyboy86, caught them filming a cab scene on Wednesday morning and approached Ian Ziering for a photo between takes. She said, “He took my phone and was all excited to take a selfie with me. He was unable to speak too long but I did manage to get a hug.” Later, she also ran into Mark McGrath who also took time to take a photo with her!

In addition to returning stars Ian Ziering and Tara Reid, Vivica A. Fox, Mark McGrath, Kelly Osbourne, Andy Dick, Judah Friedlander, and Judd Hirsch. Today, Sharknado 2 is filming at Broadway and W 54th St in NYC.
