This installment of our Famous Eats series could also be classified as a Famous Sleeps since it includes a new hotel from Robert De Niro.
De Niro recently announced he is bringing Nobu to Manila, Philippines. He is a co-founder of Nobu Hospitality, which includes the chef-centric hotel in Las Vegas, and will soon debut a 321-room hotel in Manila, too.
The Nobu Hotel in City of Dreams Manila, a $1.2-billion integrated casino resort at Pagcor Entertainment City, is inspired by celebrity Japanese chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa or “Chef Nobu.”
De Niro has investments in several restaurants and hotels around the world and was instrumental in bringing Chef Nobu from Los Angeles to New York and beyond.
