The latest in the long line of Hollywood reboots is The Amityville Horror which Dimension is bringing back early next year.
The latest in the Horror franchise will star Jennifer Jason Leigh as a single mother who moves her three kids into the famous house with the dark history. Disney star Bella Thorne will also star.
Thanks to a couple of our readers we’ve learned production crews are busy building the latest version of the Amityville house at El Dorado Park East in Long Beach, CA (near the archery range where Terminator 3 was also filmed).
According to the crew, production is expected to be completed this week and filming should begin sometime next week.

I’m so glad they are going back to the original house design instead of reusing that weird Victorian mansion from the remake.
