The stars of True Blood will celebrate the show’s final season next week at TCL Chinese Theatre.

The season 7 premiere will be held at the Hollywood landmark on Tuesday, June 17. Stars Anna Paquin, Stephen Moyer, Alexander Skarsgård, Sam Trammell, and Ryan Kwanten are all expected to be in attendance.

According to EW, “the opening scene makes True Blood look a little too much like The Walking Dead: Hep-V-infected vampires are pulling bodies out of cars, feasting on flesh, and kidnapping people from Bellefleur’s. Luckily, they’re also killing superfluous plotlines. A major player is dead before the opening credits even roll.”

True Blood season 7 debuts on HBO June 22nd at 9 PM.

  1. I used to be a big fan of True Blood until it became the “Don’t Dare Let Sookie And Eric Be Together” show. That’s when I realized that I’m just a fan of Alexander Skarsgård…

  2. I love True Blood…I love Sookie Stackhouse….I love Bill Compton….. but most of all, I love Stephen Moyer! (How do you like them the apples? lol)

  3. Bill Comptopn is the true villain. It’s such a shame that the writers seem hellbent in having Sookie forgive her abuser by rekindling their romance (gag!) Eric Northman is the real star of the show… Such wasted opportunity.
