“Friday Night Lights” and “South of Nowhere” actress Aasha Davis has reported her sister, Lesley Herring, missing. Herring, 46, has been missing since early February after an argument with her husband in their Hollywood condominium. Davis reported her sister as missing when she hadn’t shown up for work in several days. “She is a creature of habit,” Davis said at a news conference on March 24th. “And this is why her disappearance is so alarming to us.”
The police told reporters that Herring’s husband, Lyle Herring, hasn’t been cooperative though he has yet to be asked to take a polygraph test. “I would describe his cooperation as fragmented and less than helpful, not someone I would expect as a grieving husband,” said Detective Chris Gable. The police added that Lyle Herring has received threats over money he owed and they consider that a possible lead and one reason he may not be cooperating. Police are asking anyone who may have information that can aid in the investigation to please come forward.
