From the hugely popular and successful Harry Potter franchise comes the spinoff Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. It is based on JK Rowling’s novel of the same name which is a textbook of all the magical creatures found in the wizarding world.
The film follows Newt Scamander, the author of the textbook, on his journeys as he becomes a famous magizoologist.
Production will begin in the Warner Bros filming studio in Hertfordshire, with some on-location filming also scheduled to be done.
The film is planned to be a trilogy with the first film scheduled to hit theatres in November 2016.
