According to new reports, Transformers 5 is slated to start shooting this summer.
Not surprisingly, the movie’s code name will one again be E7, this time with the addition of a 5 for the fifth installment of the action series. According to My Entertainment World, E75 will begin filming in London in June. Filming is also expected to take place in Detroit and Iceland. This won’t be the first time Transformers has filmed in Detroit or Iceland, both locations were also used in Age of Extinction, along with locations in Texas, Illinois, Utah, D.C., and China.
Mark Wahlberg is expected to return as Cade Yager and Peter Cullen will once again be voicing Optimus Prime in the upcoming film. Dwayne Johnson and Bruce Willis are also expected to join the franchise in Transformers 5.
