Prison Break is joining the long line of TV series getting a revival.
The new limited series is being written by creator Paul Scheuring, with the action taking place a few years after the first series ended and wrapping questions posed during the show’s first four seasons.
Reportedly, the nine-episode follow up to the 2005 hit FOX series comes after the show became “one of the most successful library shows on Netflix.”
Original cast members Wentworth Miller, Dominic Purcell, Sarah Wayne Callies, Amaury Nolasco, Robert Knepper, Paul Adelstein and Rockmond Dunbar will all be returning.
Prison Break will begin on Monday, March 28 in Vancouver.
