After spending the past six years in Senoia, GA the cast and crew of The Walking Dead feel right at home in the town that has played both Woodbury and the Alexandria Safe Zone throughout the series.
Norman Reedus, aka Daryl Dixon, is especially fond of Senoia. Not only does he own a home there, he is also just opened a new restaurant in town, along with TWD producer Greg Nicotero.
Nic & Norman’s opened today at 11:00 AM to serve up gourmet burgers, steak and seafood. Don’t expect a zombie theme though, the restaurant’s design is based on a 1930’s speakeasy, not a 21st century zombie outbreak.
Norman shared the restaurant’s logo a few days ago, which has a paintbrush to represent make-up effects supervisor Nicotero and an arrow, clearly a nod to Reedus’ TWD character.
Of course, Reedus and Nicotero are busy with their day jobs, but they promise they will be dropping in from time to time.
Nic and Norman’s is located on 20 Main Street in downtown Senoia.
