Gilmore Girls fans have a few more torturous months before the new episode debut on Netflix but, to help tide us all over, one of the show’s stars will be appearing at a special benefit concert this weekend that is open to all.
Scott Patterson – better known as Stars Hollow’s curmudgeonly diner owner and Lorelai’s main squeeze Luke Danes – will be playing two gigs in West Virginia this weekend to help raise money for local flood victims. Scott not only plays guitar and sings, he also writes music for the band.
Scott’s band, Gordon, will play two flood relief benefit concerts in West Virginia July 29-30. Friday night, July 29 they are headlining at the Tractor Bar in Mt. Nebo, WV. On Saturday, July 30, they are headlining at Maloney’s Pub in Summersville, WV. There will be VIP/meet & greet/photo/autograph opportunities before each show for fans who get their early.
Tickets for the Tractor Bar gig can be purchased by calling 304-872-8100.
