Visit the Netflix Experience in New York this January

The awards season has finally arrived and Netflix is on full campaign mode. The streaming service is promoting its four 2019 titles in a free exhibit in New York.

The Irishman, The Two Popes, Marriage Story, and Dolemite is My Name are all featured in this experience, as Netflix is calling it, at Dolby Soho.

There are plenty of photo opportunities for guests to enjoy the exhibit. Phone booths with names of actors featured in The Irishman, as well as with Scorcese’s name, are available. There are also a couple of living rooms where guests can fee memorabilia of Marriage Story. Guests can also see the handwritten lists that the main characters write about each other. Some interviews with the cast, the director, and the composer are also available.

The part dedicated to Dolemite is My Name takes guests back to the 1970s, with displays of some of the movie’s costumes. For The Two Popes, there’s a replica of how the conclave looks like from the inside, as well as screens displaying scenes of the movies.

The Irishman has been nominated for 10 Oscars, while Marriage Story got 6 nominations and The Two Popes got 3. Dolemite is My Name didn’t get nominated.

The exhibit is open until January 26th and is admittance is free. You can see more information here.
