Ok, I just got major scoop on when the Niagara Falls scene will be shot and it looks like it will be tomorrow 8.27 or Friday, 8.28!! A tipster sent me the following:
Reliable source on a plane to Buffalo confirmed that the cast of The Office landed in Buffalo this afternoon to film in Niagara Falls. The majority of the cast was seated in First Class on a connecting flight from Chicago to Buffalo that landed early this afternoon (8.26).

It looks like Jim and Pam’s Niagara Falls wedding on The Office is filming this week.
A Buffalo newspaper hinted that the scene may be shot on location in Niagara Falls this week and now E! Online is confirming that the wedding is filming this week in Western New York. Below is a first look at Jenna Fischer and John Krasinski in their wedding duds though its not clear when (or where) the photo was taken.
Actually, those pictures were taken in Van Nuys, CA, not at Niagara. It hasn’t been confirmed if they filmed at Niagara yet or not.
I thought they may have been taken in CA but the E! article seems to say they will be filming in western NY this week. I’m excited, I hope we find out more before they actually shoot at the falls!
Yeah. E!’s wording is strange. They meant that Jim and Pam’s wedding will be in New York not that the filming. There are more pictures out there with the entire cast and was listed at Van Nuys.

as I mentioned in the post earlier- the only thing that I’m unsure of is that is says the majority of the cast was on the plane but I had heard just jenna and john were going. Maybe that’s what the tipster meant by majority or maybe plans changed? Who knows its still exciting to have a clue!

United Flight from Chicago to Buffalo, there were multiple cast members on that flight (no Steve Carell). But John Krasinski, Jenna Fischer, Mindy Kaling (Kelly), Kate Flannery (Meredith) and 2-3 others were all sitting in First Class.
There were also approximately 6-10 production/make-up crew sitting in the first few rows in coach behind them. One of them divulged that depending on weather, they were shooting a few scenes over the next couple days and then out.
