Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart shoot ‘Breaking Dawn’ honeymoon scenes in Brazil

Update: According to MovieLine, Breaking Dawn has moved to Paraty, Brazil (on 11.8) for the next leg of filming.

After much speculation about where the famous honeymoon sequence in Breaking Dawn would be filmed, Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson arrived in Brazil over the weekend to shoot the romantic scenes.

The real-life couple shot a night scene on the street in Rio De Janeiro yesterday where they caused a stir after Rob leaned in and kissed Kristen who had her arms around his neck. Kristen, as Bella, wore a slim white dress paired and black heels, looking much more grown up than she has in the other movies, while Rob, as Edward, wore a button-down blue shirt and black pants. Of course the PDA was all part of the script, though the couple was spotted holding hands at one point in-between takes.

Here’s what has been confirmed about the Brazil shoot so far:

Kristen and Rob are staying at the Copacabana Palace while in town.

Stephanie Meyer is in town after all.

In addition to the street scene filmed in Rio, they shot a romantic boat ride scene last night.

The pair is expected to shoot at various locations around Rio, including Paraty, on Rio’s South Coast, and in Lapa, the bohemian district of the city, where they shot last night.
