Steven Weber and D.L. Hughley will shoot new TNT series in New Mexico

TNT recently announced that their new series, starring Steven Weber and D.L. Hughley, will be shot at at I-25 Studios in Albuquerque, NM.

The show, which is still untitled, is based on the Marshall Karp novel “The Rabbit Factory.”

The book, and series, focus on recently widowed detective, Mike Lomax played by Weber, and his newly married partner, Terry Biggs played by Hughley. The pair “delve into a world of mystery, intrigue and occasional hijinks,” according tothe New Mexico Film Office.

This won’t be the first time working at I-25 for Weber who recently guest starred on “In Plain Sight”, which is also shot at the studio. It will also be a familiar cast for the actor who co-starred with Hughley in the short-lived NBC series, “Studio 60 On The Sunset Strip”.
