One of our readers, Mark, swung by the Contagion set at the CDC in Atlanta on Thursday. He sent us a few photos of a scene they were shooting that involved Laurence Fishburne driving a car into the CDC amid the protesters and news crews.
He also confirmed that one of the movie’s other stars, Matt Damon, was not there. From what we’ve heard, Matt probably won’t be involved in the Atlanta shoot as he is getting ready to shoot We Bought A Zoo in Los Angeles soon.
Yesterday, CNN”s Dr. Sanjay Gupta was spotted shooting a scene for the movie at the CDC as well.
According to the AJC, they will also be shooting scenes in East Atlanta and at a residence at the downtown W hotel before moving on to their next locations in San Francisco.
