After a few mistrials that date back to Nov. 1st, it finally seems as if the Comic-Con registration will be back on track. In the past fans trying to buy passes to the July 2011 event were met with server errors, frozen screens and an overall frustrating time with the online registration system.
According to the organizers the official registration will open at 9 a.m. PST on Saturday February 5.
Comic-Con International will be held July 21-24 in San Diego at the Convention Center. For those of you hoping to get the four-day passes with the preview night, we have some bad news, these were sold out during last year’s Comic-Con, which means currently you can only acquire the four-day passes without the additional preview night.

Individual one-day badges:
July 21, 22 and 23 = $37
July = $20.Children age 12-17, adults age 60 and older and active military can purchase four-day passes for $52 and single-day passes for $18 (July 24 is $10).
Children age 11 and under are free with a paid adult.
Online ticket registration will open on Feb. 5 at Comic-Con.org.
