Thanks to a few of our savvy readers we’ve learned that Bones, which usually shoots in Los Angeles, will shoot for about two weeks in Miami early next month.
The episode will set up a spin-off series, tentatively titled Finder, starring Geoff Stults and Michael Clarke Duncan. According to Bones creator Hart Hanson, “The spin-off episode of Bones will be shooting in Florida, in and around Miami mostly.”
One of readers, Supermonkey, found out they will be filming at Jimbo’s, which is an “out-of-the-way bar/bait shop/group of shacks” in Virginia Key. Supermonkey added, “I went down there last week, and they were building a set for the shoot. One of the workers told me they were going to be filming there on March 3rd and 4th.”
If you hear about any other Florida locations that will be used in the episode, let us know at olv@onlocationvacations.com!
