Rob Zombie has been busy scouting locations for his upcoming movie, Lords of Salem, in and around Salem, MA.
Zombie posted several photos of Salem landmarks on the movie’s blog over the weekend with the caption, “And so it begins. Here are a few shots from my recent scouting in Salem. Great town, great locations. Stay tuned to this blog for all upcoming LORDS updates. Much more to come since we are now moving full steam ahead.”
The movie is based on the Salem Witch Trials and revolves around a coven of four witches who were killed 300 years ago and return to modern day Salem.
The shoot is expected to begin in Salem around April 16, for a theatrical release next year.
