Where will Robert Pattinson’s career take him next?

The Twilight Saga might be wrapping up, but that doesn’t mean Robert Pattinson is slowing down.

The actor already has several projects lined up, including The Rover which will begin filming in Southern Australia in January. Guy Pearce will also star in the futuristic film, expected to film at various locations across Southern Australia, including the Flinders Ranges, over seven weeks. Filming will also take place at Adelaide Studios.

After wrapping The Rover, Rob could begin filming Mission: Blacklist in Iraq. This morning, Rob told The Today Show he is hoping to be headed to Iraq to film the movie, about the hunt and capture of Saddam Hussein. Though Iraq hasn’t been confirmed as the movie’s location, director Jean-Stéphane Sauvaire did scout locations in the country last summer.

In addition to The Rover and Mission:Blacklist, Robert is also attached to Maps of the Stars, which is should begin shooting in Los Angeles in the spring of 2013, and Queen of the Desert, also scheduled to shoot in Morocco next year.

Though his schedule isn’t set in stone, one thing we do know for sure is no matter where Rob is, the world will be watching.
