Harry Connick Jr, Nick Cannon, Gary Sinise, and Mariska Hargitay, are among the celebs slated to ride in The Krewe of Orpheus’ parade on the eve of Mardi Gras, Feb. 11, 2013.
Other celebrity monarchs to appear include Troy “Trombone Shorty” Andrews, Tillman the Skateboarding Bulldog, and the Imagination Movers.
Orpheus starts Uptown and ends at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, New Orleans, for the post-parade Orpheuscapade.
This year’s entertainment for the after-party will feature Connick, Sinise and his Lt. Dan Band, Vince Vance and the Valiants, and more.
The Orpheuscapade starts at 7 p.m. and lasts until 3 a.m. Admission to the black-tie event is $150. Tickets to the event can be purchased at kreweoforpheus.com.
