Even though he’s been trying to keep most of the details surrounding X-Men: Days of Future Past under wraps, director Bryan Singer did let the movie’s start date slip out this week.
During an interview in London, where he was promoting his current project Jack the Giant Killer, Singer told reporters he will start shooting the next installment of the X-Men franchise on April 15th in Montreal.
As we’ve reported, pre-production, including extras casting, is already underway at Mel’s Studio, where the production will be based.
Days of Future Past will reunite cast members Jennifer Lawrence, Michael Fassbender, and James McAvoy from 2011′s X-Men: First Class. Also reprieving their roles from the original X-Men trilogy are Hugh Jackman, Ian McKellen, Patrick Stewart, and Anna Paquin.
