First Cleveland filming location for ‘Captain America: The Winter Soldier’ revealed

Last week we exclusively reported that Captain America: The Winter Soldier has begun filming at Marvel Studios in California and now SuperHeroHype has the first Cleveland filming location for the movie, which will move production to Ohio next month.

Though there is no word when exactly they will film there, the report states they will be filming at the Lorian Road Bridge in Cleveland.

“This location is the Lorain Road Bridge just down the street from both the Fairview Hospital and Kamm’s Plaza, along the city’s border….shooting will happen on the bridge and a giant green screen will be placed on the side of the bridge so Marvel Studios can CG a background into the scene(s).”

If you’re in Cleveland and want to be an extra in the movie, there will be an extras casting call held next week. Get all of the details here.

Captain America 2 stars Chris Evans, Sebastian Stan, Anthony Mackie, Frank Grillo, Samuel L. Jackson, Cobie Smulders, Scarlett Johansson, Toby Jones, Emily VanCamp, Hayley Atwell, Maximiliano Hernández, Robert Redford and Georges St-Pierre.
