Casting Call for ‘Cut Bank’, starring Liam Hemsworth, in Edmonton, AB taking place on Saturday

A new crime thriller, starring Liam Hemsworth, John Malkovich, Billy Bob Thornton, Teresa Palmer, Michael Stuhlbarg, and Bruce Dern, begins filming in Edmonton, AB this month and they’re looking for extras.

Producers of Cut Bank are looking for people of all ages to appear in the movie. They will be holding Open Casting Calls on Saturday, 6/8, at the Bonnie Doon Mall in Edmonton from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., on Sunday at the Innisfree Seniors Hall between 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. and on Monday at the Social Centre Hall in Vegreville from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.

There is no experience necessary to apply.

  1. I think its’ cool that they want Edmonton as the main “stomping grounds” of this new movie. Like the theory of having people like Liam Hemsworth and Billy Bob Thornton coming to Canada and mostly Alberta…. It seems really cool! Because look at the way it’ll promote Alberta!!!! I definitely will try my best to go audition!!!!!!!

  3. Ummmm what the hell!!!! I live 2 mins from boonie mall and I knew nothing about this nor did I see and set/. Seriously I hope they have more calls, cause ill be there so quick.
