Last week HBO began filming their upcoming series, Looking, in San Francisco. Little is known about the dramedy except that it is set in San Fran and follows the lives of young gay men looking for love.
This week casting directors are looking for men (who we’re guessing will be potential love interests) to appear as extras in the show.
Here are the specifications:
Real military men — or fit men — in their 20s to 30s, willing to get tight, military-style haircut
Gay/gay-friendly men and gay and lesbian couples willing to dance with same-sex partners
Hipsters 18 to 30: “Must be able to pull off Hipster vibe with your own clothes & styling.”
Filming will continue through Nov. 8 in Alameda, the Castro, and the Mission. Russell Tovey, who appeared in the BBC series Being Human, has signed on to star.
