Since the last time we reported on shooting locations for The Avengers: Age of Ultron, filming has really ramped up. Photos and video came out of Jeremy Renner (Hawkeye), Elizabeth Olsen (Scarlet Witch), and Aaron Taylor-Johnson (Quicksilver) in Italy, as well as Chris Evans (Captain America) in South Korea.
Now photos have surfaced that seem to show the start of filming in the UK, specifically in Hawley Woods in Hampshire. The pictures appear to be of a winter battle scene and there’s one that looks like Scarlett Johansson (Black Widow) was on set, but it’s blurry enough that it could also just be her stand-in/stunt double.
Other than photo proof, there’s been comments from Mark Ruffalo on twitter that make it sound like the Avengers are slowly starting to assemble in the UK. Mark tweeted in early April that he was leaving for London to start filming the sequel, and then this past week not only did he say to Robert Downey Jr. that he’d be seeing him soon, but he also tweeted a picture of what seems to be Scarlett’s set chair.
So that’s three down, how much longer until the rest show up?
