It might be spring, but some parts of Chicago are still looking a lot like Christmas.
The fresh (fake) snow and Christmas decorations spotted around town are thanks to Jennifer Aniston’s new comedy Office Christmas Party – about an office party that “goes horribly wrong” – which began filming in the Windy City this week.
According to filming permits, Office Christmas Party, which also stars Jason Bateman, will be filming at W Lake St and N Canal St on March 30 at 7:00 PM. There are permits for filming around the John C. Kluczynski Federal Building, located at 230 S Dearborn St, Chicago, that will include “dressing the plaza with artificial snow and Christmas decorations this weekend”, too. Other locations include the Quincy Station on April 3 and 400 S Clark St, where parking will be reserved from March 31 to April 5.
After the shoot is completed in Chicago, Office Christmas Party will move to Hiram, GA (near Atlanta) where filming will continue from April 19 to June 1.
