This month, Stranger Things star Finn Wolfhard joins Ansel Elgort, Sarah Paulson, and Nicole Kidman in NYC as they begin filming The Goldfinch.
Elgort stars in the lead role of Theo who, after his mother dies in a terrorist bombing at an NYC art museum, finds himself living in Las Vegas with his deadbeat father before getting involved in a series of art forgeries. Wolfhad plays a troublemaker Theo knew when he was young, while Paulson will play Xandra, the girlfriend of Theo’s father, and Kidman will play a New York socialite who takes also takes him in.
Filming began in Manhattan on Monday. On Friday, 1/26, The Goldfinch will be filming at 11th St and 5th Ave in New York. If you spot The Goldfinch filming, let us know at olv@onlocationvacations.com!
