While most of Scream 4 will be filmed in Ann Arbor, MI, we’ve just learned there will be a flashback scene shot at Woodworth Middle School, 4951 Ternes St Dearborn, MI.
Over the next couple of weeks, crews will be reconstructing the school’s entrance for the scene. Reportedly, the school was chosen because it closely matches a building used in the earlier films.
We already know that Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox and David Arquette are returning for Scream 4, but the prospect of a flashback makes us wonder if any other characters will be returning? (I’m holding out for a Joshua Jackson cameo!)

I’m psyched about a new trilogy. The Scream movies are one of my all time favorites (and I add that to the original Halloween, Urban Legends, Nightmare on Elm Street catagory). Hoping the flashback will be about how Syd met this Judy person. Can’t wait!
i live directly in front of the school ….they remoddled the main entrance and redid the windows, doors and the school sight and now say woodsbor high school…

I’m pretty sure they were filming a scene on Washtenaw Avenue today. There was a huge police escort with a silver Jeep Echo or Rav 4 on a flatbed with a director with a huge movie camera riding on the flatbed and shooting into the driver-side window.

They are filming on Ann arbor saline road just south of saline

Scream 4 is still set up at Woodworth Middle School, 4951 Ternes St Dearborn, MI. They are also expected to film at the Livonia police station today and in Northville, MI on Thursday. (FYI: They have rented out the 16th District Court in Livonia through August, tipster may be referring to this location though no date for filming at the courthouse has been confirmed). in northville, they are filming on Dunlap and Linden and base camp is at Cady and Center st. Setting up still as we speak
